All of our templates should use Instrument Sans as the only typeface. It is a free download from Google Fonts. When viewing a Microsoft Office document in the web apps, the text will likely look wrong. Whenever possible, open the document in the desktop app instead—assuming you have already installed Instrument Sans on your device.
